WATER RIGHTS

Five (5) shares of water (equivalent to 5 acre-feet) are controlled by Lot 1-A and shall be transferred at the time of sale of the lot. The Bonafide Ditch, approximately 8 to 10 feet wide, runs across Lot 1-A. The Bondfide Ditch Company holds a 30-foot right-of-way easement. This ditch is one of the oldest in Colorado.
